Any customers can get ODM service from Dekang based on certain conditions.
Firstly, the first order quantity can not be less than the MOQ for ODM because Dekang may need customize housings and inner components and add a special logo by silk printing, laser-engraving or stickers. Besides, the customer need pay the molding cost for the customized housings and components if necessary.
Secondly, since all goods may be declared to the customs during shipment, any customer needs to provide an certificate of authorization of its brand if the Chinese customs ask for it.
Thirdly, if any customer wanna make the ODM products be certified by some specialized certification authorities, the customer need pay Dekang the cost for getting these certifications.
If the aforementioned conditions can be satisfied, Dekang is glad to provde OEM service. The steps are as follows:
A. Both parties confirm the functions, specifications, quantity, appearance design, logo, package of the products and bilateral rights and obligations;
B. Both parties sign a proforma invoice or a contract based on all details;
C. The customer make a down payment of at least 30% of the full amount including the molding cost, or make a full payment;
D. Dekang make a sample with a customized logo and send it to the customer for the customer’s confirmation;
E. The customer confirm the sample or give modifying advices;
F. Dekang prepare materials and arrange the mass production after the customer’s confirmation of all details;
G. Dekang arrange the shipment after the customer’s balance payment is arrived at Dekang’s bank account.
Note: Any customer should confirm all details before production, or the customer may need pay the extra cost for Dekang’s extra work.
